Safety

Safety is our top priority. To enhance safety measures, our employees are Certified Tree Care Safety Professionals through the TCIA. We also ensure our members are ISA Certified, which includes training for physical aerial rescue, CPR, and First-Aid. We hold weekly safety meetings and perform daily JSA (job site analysis) to evaluate specific safety needs per job site. We believe when our crew is safe, the community is safe.

Training

We believe in proper training, that’s why we follow the ISA guidelines of Best Management Practices for tree pruning to Industry Standards. Training includes learning and understanding the use of all small tools, as well as proper chipper operations. We train on both basic and advanced climbing skills, and understand how to incorporate new techniques with new equipment. Our safety training includes proper delineation control (cones, street closures, sign usage, flagmen), and most importantly, emphasizes on communication and teamwork.
